• Own and prioritise the backlog against value, risk, and dependencies
• Turn each piece of work into a clear story, with acceptance criteria and a definition of done
• Align stakeholders on roadmap, trade-offs, and release scope
• Validate outcomes with analytics and customer feedback

Project: Product ownership for digital servicing journeys.

3 · Work papers we accept

USC, GC, EAD, OPT, STEM OPT. H-1B transfer for qualified candidates.

USC:

U.S. citizen.

GC:

green card holder (a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.).

EAD:

short for Employment Authorization Document. This USCIS card lets you take a job in the U.S.

OPT:

Optional Practical Training. F-1 students use it to gain job experience in their field after school.

STEM OPT:

added OPT time for STEM grads (science, tech, engineering, math). Only E-Verify employers can offer it.

H-1B transfer:

4 · Words to know

W2:

you are on the payroll, and tax is taken from each paycheck.

Full-Time (Direct W2):

a full-time job. ByteBridge Talent LLC is your W2 employer.

Hybrid:

a mix of office days and home days. "2 days onsite/week" or "3 days onsite/week" is the number of office days each week.
