• Facilitate standups, refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies across teams and vendors
• Track velocity, cycle time, and burn-down for delivery transparency
• Coach the team on backlog hygiene and incremental delivery practice

Project: Agile coaching and delivery facilitation for two application development squads.

3 · Work papers we accept

USC, GC, EAD, OPT, STEM OPT accepted.

USC:

U.S. citizen.

GC:

green card holder (a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.).

EAD:

short for Employment Authorization Document. This USCIS card lets you take a job in the U.S.

OPT:

Optional Practical Training. F-1 students use it to gain job experience in their field after school.

STEM OPT:

added OPT time for STEM grads (science, tech, engineering, math). Only E-Verify employers can offer it.

4 · Words to know

W2:

you are on the payroll, and tax is taken from each paycheck.

Full-Time (Direct W2):

a mix of office days and home days. "2 days onsite/week" or "3 days onsite/week" is the number of office days each week.
