Desktop Support / IT Helpdesk Analyst

1 · Your tasks

• Resolve tickets for Windows, Office 365, VPN, and mobile device issues
• Image, configure, and deploy laptops, docks, and peripherals
• Manage Active Directory accounts, groups, and password resets
• Document resolutions and escalate complex issues to Tier 3

Project: Tier 1/2 end-user support for corporate and field staff.

3 · Work papers we accept

USC, GC, EAD, OPT, STEM OPT accepted.

USC:

U.S. citizen.

GC:

green card holder (a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.).

EAD:

short for Employment Authorization Document. This USCIS card lets you take a job in the U.S.

OPT:

Optional Practical Training. F-1 students use it to gain job experience in their field after school.

STEM OPT:

added OPT time for STEM grads (science, tech, engineering, math). Only E-Verify employers can offer it.

4 · Words to know

W2:

you are on the payroll, and tax is taken from each paycheck.

Full-Time (Direct W2):
