1 · Your tasks

• Build screens and flows in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose and MVVM
• Call REST APIs through Retrofit and coroutines, and cache data so the app still works offline
• Handle secure storage, biometric auth, and certificate pinning
• Write unit tests and support Play Store release cycles

2 · The project

Project: Feature delivery and stability work on a consumer mobile app.

3 · Work papers we accept

USC, GC, EAD, OPT, STEM OPT accepted.

USC:

U.S. citizen.

GC:

green card holder (a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.).

EAD:

short for Employment Authorization Document. This USCIS card lets you take a job in the U.S.

OPT:

Optional Practical Training. F-1 students use it to gain job experience in their field after school.

STEM OPT:

added OPT time for STEM grads (science, tech, engineering, math). Only E-Verify employers can offer it.

4 · Words to know

W2:

you are on the payroll, and tax is taken from each paycheck.

Full-Time (Direct W2):

a full-time job. ByteBridge Talent LLC is your W2 employer.

Hybrid:

a mix of office days and home days. "2 days onsite/week" or "3 days onsite/week" is the number of office days each week.

401(k):

a retirement savings plan. "With match" means the employer adds money too.

PTO:

paid time off for rest, travel or personal days.

FSA/HSA:

accounts that let you set aside pre-tax money for health costs.
