1 · Your tasks

• Look after who can log in and what they can see: users, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules
• Where you can, solve requests with no code, using flows, validation rules and page layouts
• Handle report/dashboard requests and data imports with Data Loader
• Support release testing, sandbox refreshes, and documentation upkeep

2 · The project

Project: Day-to-day administration and user enablement for Service Cloud and Sales Cloud orgs.

3 · Work papers we accept

USC, GC, EAD, OPT, STEM OPT accepted.

USC:

U.S. citizen.

GC:

green card holder (a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.).

EAD:

short for Employment Authorization Document. This USCIS card lets you take a job in the U.S.

OPT:

Optional Practical Training. F-1 students use it to gain job experience in their field after school.

STEM OPT:

added OPT time for STEM grads (science, tech, engineering, math). Only E-Verify employers can offer it.

4 · Words to know

W2:

you are on the payroll, and tax is taken from each paycheck.

Full-Time (Direct W2):
